The Art of Scavenged Perfection.
Our process is deliberate. Proud Vulture beers are brewed in small batches — each one watched, tested, and tasted until it earns its wings.
We partner with local farmers and maltsters who value sustainability and craftsmanship. Whenever possible, we reuse, repurpose, and reinvent: old barrels, wild yeast strains, and ideas that deserve a second flight.
Good beer takes time. We don’t rush — we hover patiently until everything lands just right.

From Bird To Brewery
It started in the middle of nowhere — three friends, one questionable cooler, and a vulture watching us from a fencepost like it knew something we didn’t.
That bird became our mascot, our muse, and our silent business partner.
His name is Griffon.
